Bringing you on board

Welcome

Our onboarding process starts after signing your employment contract. You receive a welcome communication informing you about the company and upcoming steps to ensure that you have a smooth start on your first day. We will share with you key information about Aquila Capital, as well as the wider Aquila Group, our business areas, our corporate culture and tips on how to start your great new chapter as a New Eagle. 

Your Human Resources Business Partner will be your first point of contact from this day on, accompanying you closely in this onboarding process.  

Your line manager will guide you through your first few weeks with us. You will have introductory meetings with your new team members and colleagues to gain insights into the various departments and how they work together. These meetings will help you to adapt quickly to your new role, and establish an internal network.. 

On a regular basis we invite our new employees to our Early Bird event. New colleagues from across the business are given presentations on Aquila Capital and the other Aquila Group companies and its business models in lectures and workshops.
